I have the perfect method. I don't let myself get bothered by them. I've played games with polygon graphics since the first Star Fox, and of course PS1 games are loaded with them. I can still see jaggies on 360 games that don't have AA on.

Don't forget to set the Wii to 480P in the settings menu otherwise it will output at 480I

That works, too.  I fired up the Gamecube version of Twilight Princess on my Wii a couple of months ago and got hooked on it all over again (right after I finished OoT on the 3DS--I had Zelda fever!).  After the initial adjustment phase, I realized I was having more fun with it than any game I had played up to that point, this year.  --even made a thread about it.

I won't get Skyward Sword until Tuesday or Wednesday but I don't think I'll have a problem with the graphics.

If you want HD you will need the a 360 or PS3. Wii games look fine as long as you have the component set properly and are using a 37" LCD or smaller. Otherwise the upscaler dongle will help a bit.

I have the same problem. I guess it's not that big of a deal after a while, but I wasn't expecting it to be as bad as it is. Oh well, loving the game so far!
