Well, if it was Pokemon I would REALLY understand.
They imprisionate wild and free animals only to have fun by making them kill each other.

I love animals and am all for animal rights. Problem is, that has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Mario's animal suits of any kind. I just can't believe that they would equate that to skinning animals or glorified fur wearing. It's stupid extremes like this that make it hard for people to take the real cause seriously.
Hahaha it's always amazing to see what some people in these organizations come up with in order to not look expendable. I guess the times are desperate so they have to create work for themselves.

Mario sells, Nintendo is noticeable, is news material... he's a mascot, he's a worldwide icon, he's what Mickey Mouse would like to be... he's and industry that media usually attacks... Good job PETA! Getting some space on the web for free, even when its price might be to lean lots of people to think of you as stupid fanboyism! |
Based on your explaination.
"Riding on the tail coats of others?"
Mario is what Mickey Mouse would like to be?
If you look at gaming yes, if you look at comics/cartoons then Mickey is what Mario would like to be. ;)

You are good at it!
PETA need to get real and stop bleeding moaning! Not like there's real animals being hurt.

I'm persuaded killing animals just for their furs and skins isn't good and it's definitely against nature, and I'm for using just the furs and skins of animals killed also to eat their meat, and to reduce meat consumption too, as it currently exceeds recommended intake in most developed countries, but almost every campaign or statement of PETA and the like make me want to eat Kentucky Fried Panda.
