And once again, Sony keeping the Uncharted 3 relevant (when MW3 is selling nuts) with this contradictory information.

It is pretty obvious that this is "made up" to cause controversy so that people keep talking about this game, and...... people are talking about it, and some will only see, "Uncharted sells 3.8 first day", and they will by it just because it is "so popular".

3.8 shipped 1st day..... Great numbers.

sony always releases shipped or sold to retailers HOWEVER they corrected an ign article that stated they were shipment figures and stated to ign that they were in fact day 1 sales.....so not sure if someone is confused at ign or sony but the fact that sony corrected them on their article is odd considering they initially wrote it as shipments.

if it's 1.4m,i think it should like 600k in NA and 700k in EMEAA(if 1.5m would be 650k and 750k etc)

Yeah, and that is actually fairly rational, I was poiting at Ethomas's prediction of 1 Million in EMEAA for U3.
