IMO, Nightfire was the only other Bond game that came close to matching Goldeneye's perfection.

All others were mediocre lumps of fail.

My End of 2008 Hardware Predictions (console only):

How many different James Bond games are currently being made? Isn't Bizzarre Creations supposed to be working on a James Bond game as well? Maybe theirs is the 360 version/port of the game?
