Forums - General - What other classes should be required to be taught in (high) school?

As I noticed in my other thread, a lot of people don't know how to cook. That is a necessity, to me at least, for life and should be a required class in high school (at least a basics course). Another one that should be taught all the way until graduation is vocabulary/grammar, as you see plenty of people nowadays with horrible grammar/vocabulary (the internet doesn't help).

What other classes do you think should be taught in school/high school?

Nobody cares about grammar these days. I would say a foreign language (4 classes worth) should be mandatory.

Yeah, a foreign language in today's society is pretty much required, but 4 classes would put it at probably 9-12th grades (unless they start younger).

Facebook 101 and 102.

Etiquette. Kids these days have no fucking clue what manners are.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

A lot of adults, too.

Whatever the hell happened to treating others the same way you want to be treated?
