An changing world that will always get updated (new building, areas, missions, vehicles) in exchange for an monthly fee?

In the end, the 'bold new direction' is probably just a not very bold, slightly different direction. Like more than one playable character or something like that.

i hope so. i have high hopes for this game being larger then san andreas and being more open.

Both RDR and LA Noire were bigger than SA so I say it's very likely.
