Forums - General - Most people suck at driving (New study shows that Louisiana, Texas, Missouri, Florida and Oklahoma have the worse drivers)

I knew people in Texas sucked at driving and this new study proves it...

As you can see Texas is ranked at the bottom of the barrel.

I am horrible at driving. Never pay attention to the road, Vgchart and facebook on my phone while I drive, and text. Sort of speed, california stop. No wrecks yet! Wish me luck Rol?

i think your a great driver cause i don't live in Cali

Yeah people suck at driving, but since I've only had my license for a couple months and I'm still learning myself, it would be hypocritical of me to complain, so I'm pretty patient on the road.

Yea, just take your time and double check everything.  I've almost side swiped a few cars but I didn't since I looked back to check the blind spot.  Checking your blind spot after mirrors is pretty crucial and everyone should do it.  To let your guard down for only a few seconds could mean a wreck.  I suppose I am going to have to clarify in the op that I do not advocate unsafe driving, breaking traffic laws (even though I disagree with some), etc...  Most of the time I get frustrated with drivers because I expect better driving skills.  As I said in the op, it is always best to assume everyone that is around you could pull some stupid maneuver at anytime.

I find it hard to believe there are worse drivers then California drivers.

There's bad drivers every where you go. It's inescapable, especially around major metropolitan areas.

They really don't bother me that much, i deal with it... but the one thing I cannot stand is people who can't even show basic common courtesy when driving. Like if they're making a left turn into a parking lot off of a 2-lane road, and they stop dead in the middle of their lane instead of shifting over to the center of the road, thus blocking all traffic behind them while they take their sweet ass time waiting to turn.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
