I guess there would be two possible ways of getting it to work:
1) The Wii U tablet has the necessary architecture to run DS and or 3DS games all by itself + no lag + Console can be used at the same time - - tab will cost a lot 2) The reader in the tablet streams the data to the console which processes it (probably a virtual machine) and streams it back to the tablet + Only added cost to the controller will be the card slot + It would just be friggin awesome - Some lag (I suppose) - Playing Mario 3DS in your bedroom means no-one can play Skyward Sword HD in the living room It would be cool if there was a seperate version of the controller that retailed for say $40 more that had this function. All in all, I think option (2) is entirely possible and an enticing idea to boot. I guess it'll never happen then :/ |
Forget 3DS games. That'd mean a 3D screen for WiiU's controller, making it much, much more expensive. And it would also kill the 3DS.
Please excuse my bad English.
