Sure this isnt the install for the HD textures?

Edit - I checked and yeah, 3.8gb is for the whole thing.

3.8 GB is maybe just the install to allow HD textures, not the full game install. That would make more sense with Bethesta statement that they arent recycling too much. What do you think?
