 You can't just...sue them...how exactly would that work?  What if his console has been opened?  It breaks the terms of Nintendo's warranty.  Perhaps a mall worker did try to open the console, it's possible.

because tri-wing is easy to get, if you bought a modded wii... well then thats your problem... should have looked at it closer before you accepted it. Otherwise, you should have done lke most and stand in line and get your dues... rather than buy a second hand systen only to be screwed over.

Lo primero sería ir a El Corte Inglés. Si el vendedor de mostrador se niega a atender tu solicitud de alguna manera, pide que te lleven con el gerente o etc. ¿En España hay algún organismo gubernamental que proteja al consumidor? Esto en caso de que se nieguen a hacer valida tu garantía. También revisa en el teléfono de sotorpe técnico de Nintendo si tienen registro de tu caso.

Porque si el producto tiene garantía con la tienda, mínimo deberían cambiártelo, ya que te dieron un producto que YA venia defectuoso (o sea, moddeado).
