Who the hell likes drinking a litre of coke in one go 0_o

1 litre,  thats a small at 7 Eleven.  They have them that come in 1 litre, 1.2 litre, 2 litre and an insulated 1.5L

There is even a 4 litre one as well but that is listed as the Team Gulp, so I assume its for a group of people.

Here's a picture of their angus burger which is a larger one. The dollar menu one's are quite a bit smaller.

But if you want to get a really big burger you got to Burger King.

Doesn't look that big, actually.

And yes, Burger King has notably bigger burgers. In terms of quality they are far behind McDonald's though.

I used to think that too but they are slightly better than McDonalds now IMO.

I agree with Jhonny boy

Team Gulp lol....that's just ridiculous.

Burger King's burgers are better. Get the Whopper.

McDonald's fries are infinitely better though.

I like the Whopper better always have however there is something in the Whopper that makes me sick every time I eat one. Within 20 minutes of eating a burger at Burger King I get very sick usually like severe car sickness, sometimes I have even started throwing up. How sick I get depends on which time I visit sometimes I will only be slightly ill other times I will be so bad I can't walk around for about an hour or I'll throw up.

The problem is as a kid I just loved their burgers so much that I thought getting sick was worth it. But as I grew older I realized that I just couldn't stand being sick every time I had a burger.

I don't live in the US but visit there all the time. Their food is dirt cheap compared to Canada, here for a Big Mac meal you pay like 10$ in the US you pay like 6$. In fact I ate at a restaurant in Seattle during PAX I got Crab Macaroni with a soup or salad and the servings were huge all for 14$ American. To get real crab here in Canada it costs like 22$ at least.

Expect a lot of cheap food in Washington compared to Europe.

Also as for the argument about beverage sizes. I am a popoholic I consume up to five cans a day right now and a few years ago was up to ten. Personally I always finish my large pop at McDonalds. I try not to eat fast food because I am over weight however I can't resist pop.

If you want a big burger and quality burger I wouldn't go to a fast food joint at all. For around 10$ you could get a way superior burger with better tasting healthier french fries and a soft drink of your choice for like 1.50-2.50$ more. Trust me when I go to the US I almost always eat at an actual restaurant.

If you want real good fast food you need to travel a little further North into Canada. Try out A&W or Wendy's(Not as common in the US)!

McDonald's fries are better than Burger King however if you are at Burger King you have to get their onion rings...they are amazing, especially if you have zesty sauce with them.

Burger King burgers are good, especially the Whopper. McDonalds burgers are really shitty. Only thing worth getting there are the Fries, but with Wendy's introduction of the natural cut fries with sea salt McDonalds no longer has the best fries. Wendy's has great burgers, so does Sonic. Not a fan of A&W's though. Even Steak & Shake has good burgers, and some of the best shakes in the states.

But if you want the best and dont mind spending a couple extra bucks. Red Robin or Ruby Tuesday is where its at. Especially Ruby Tuesday with their Bison Burgers and their Triple Prime Burger. Plus they also have a great salad bar as well.

Back from my trip :) Was very good + thanks for the replies to the thread

Couple of things that I noticed:

- Shop price is before tax? I know that the VAT is crazy low in the US, but I still found it a bit annoying
- The traffic light system in DC (with the rotational system) seems to work great for pedestrians, but not so well for traffic. Is it like this throughout the US?
- I swear everywhere does infinite refills with Cola? xD
