SpartenOmega117 said: lol people are now saying forza 4 has more features then GT5. Forza may have better, sound, grpahics, etc. but GT5 definitely has more content. Did everyone forget the nascar, go cart racing, track maker, 1000 cars (all have cockpit view now too) |
Go Karts is a single special event, it's done in minutes, and the go kart itself is one car.
NASCAR is a similar story, but having that little video by Jeff Gordon was cool.
Track maker cancels out with the paint and decal editor in Forza, but I would say not even because you can't really make your own tracks, just generate something.
1,000 cars, but only 200 premium, many would prefer 500 premium. This is a trade off. Also Forza 4 has more tracks then GT5 (almost 50% more).
What about More Top Gear Content including Jeremy Clarkson, Top Gear staff suggested games? Deep Online experience? Auto Vista? More involved damage model? Tire deformation and engine fatigue modeling? Car Clubs? Kinect Play/Kinect Head Tracking/Audio commands? and an in depth 10 year career mode? (GT5 only has 54 cups, Forza 4 has more then Forza 3 which had 220 cups).
pezus - I still like GT5 a lot, I also like Forza 3 a lot. I do prefer Forza 4, but not for it's supperior sound, physics, and gameplay, GT6 will top Forza 4. It's because GT has always had a more repetitive play structure, and never let you race in any car you feel like. Forza is more rewarding, and almost every race you play with you play with a different car on different tracks. Also I feel that Forza 4 reflects car culture a bit more, I like collecting cars, and unlocking Auto Vista cars to look at just as much as racing them, and if I were good at painting, I would love to paint a unique 1 off car.
ethomaz Did you not see my post of the dip in FPS in GT5, the poor anti aliasing causing pixelization, and the Pagani Zonda comparision? Neither game is perfect, Forza 4 might not be able to implement the best graphics all the time, but it does it consistantly.
