I made the smart choice the first time around (my first PSP was the awesome white Darth Vader bundle) and I will probably end up just waiting again for the inevitable bundle/limited edition version of the vita with a game or two packed in.

The tech on the Vita is impressive, but the games (from what I have seen so far) just don't do it for me. I will probably get it when the Silent Hill game comes out for it (which looks terrible but I have to buy it out of obligation) or when a bundle comes out ... whichever is first.
