I was planning on bringing a class action suit against all lawyers who have supported frivilous lawsuits, but I haven't yet, because it seems a bit hypocritical.
Also I have yet to find a lawyer who hasn't simply hung up on me.
On a more serious note, I think the real issue shouldn't be focusing on the service itself, but on forcing microsoft to offer cash rebates, not just games. Really, a game is going to actually have higher value that what it costs for the Live Gold for just a single month, but it should still be an option.
The other thing people should be focusing on is teh DRM issues that I've heard have been cropping up, where people can't play the games they've bought because it can't connect to the internet to verify their account. That might not be as widespread of an issue, but it certainly is a really ugly one.
Otherwise, this whole thing is silly
