Yes, if the Kings win their series, then the Blues will play them in the next round.

It will likely be a tight series. They played three times after Hitchcock took over. There was a 3-2 Blues loss, 1-0 Blues win, and a 0-0 game that ended with a shootout loss for the Blues.
