i don't know how you are reading it,but the tie breakers only decide league position not who wins the week, everyone gets a point who wins

Oak 14 Mia 34 46 yards rushing for the Raiders is not going to cut it.
Ten 23 Buf 17 133 yards rushing for Chris Johnson propels the Titans to victory. It turns out that the Bills really are a bad team, I guess. Such a shame. I wanted them to have a good year.
KC 10 Chi 3 Caleb Hanie stinks. Roy Williams stinks. Stupid Tyler Palko Hail Mary works. Matt Forte is out 2-4 weeks. We've lost two in a row that we should have won. The season's over. Wait 'til next year. Wait. We're in the lead for Wild Card position? Whaaaa?
Den 35 Min 32 How can Tim Tebow throw for over 200 yards. That's easy. Play the Vikings. They are as consistent as Rol this year.
NYJ 34 Was 19 The Jets win handily against a bad team and act like they accomplished something major.
Cin 7 Pit 35 I guess that the Bengals aren't ready for the good teams this year.
Atl 10 Ten 17 Matt Ryan is 20 for 47, 267 yards, 1 TD and 2 Int Can we stop saying that this guy is a good QB? Please? The Texans show a lot of heart again and win with their 3rd string QB. I wish that the Bears could play this well with their 2nd string QB.
Car 39 TB 19 No fair. I thought that Josh Freeman was staring and this shouldn't count against me. :p
Ind 24 NE 31 Dan Orlovsky starts for the Colts. Wait. Orlovsky started the last few games for the Lions when they went 0-16. Is this a bad omen for the Colts? I would say so.
Bal 24 Cle 10 Ray Rice rushes for 204 yards for the Ravens.
Dal 13 Ari 19 OT Three letters sum up this game. LOL
GB 38 NYG 35 The Giants offense ties it up with 58 seconds left by going on a TD drive and making a 2 point conversion in order to watch their defense do nothing. Lame.
StL 0 SF 26 Congratulations to the 49ers on their first division title since 2002.
Det 17 NO 31 Drew Brees is the first QB ever to have 4000 yards passing in the first 12 games of the season and the Lions continue their epic collapse.

I didn't count the Thursday game at all since you and outlaw didn't have picks for those games due to throwing in too late.
If you count those as 'losses' then yes you are 11-4 and outlaw is 10-5.
Then tonight will have you or ljig as this week's winners as you picked opposite outcomes.
I'm not an official in this so, that part is just me throwing stuff together. :/ I didn't notice what was done in previous weeks where people missed the Thursday game. my bad.
Never thought I would live to see the day I cheer for the Chargers.....
sorry, I must have missed it. Can someone show me the rules/definition to that NFL prediction league scoring table above?

You, me, and my neighbors' eardrums. I was cringing with all the penalties on the Denver defense in the second half. And the offense... Well, the second half was pretty darn good. The first half... Minnesota did a great job when they put the ball on the 1 yard line, and that safety was a bummer, but I kinda saw it coming. And the fumble was unfortunate. At any rate, seeing Tebow passing well was pretty nice, and Goodman's interception at the end was a stroke of luck. What Denver needs to do now is to get the defense and offense to play well at the same time. And how about those Dolphins? A huge win over the Raiders, and the Broncos are tied for first in the AFC West. The Packers won a pretty close game; I'm sorry that I didn't catch the end of it as I had to go work on a project. And I'm hoping to see the Chargers/Jaguars game tonight, though I'm not sure if I'll have time. |
Well it was luck, but as people say winners make there own luck and even if they had not got the interception it is very possible it would still have gone to overtime and that could have been either teams game. Another point is, defenses often create turnovers by playing well and pressuring the passer (unless your Brett Farve, or Jay Cutler who throw them due to taking risks
) and the Broncos won that battle because at least in the first half they actually rushed Ponder a lot. It is good to say it was some luck, but when analyzing this streak of wins you have to eventually give some credit to the Broncos for playing well at the most important times. (That last part was not for you insomniac just for the trash talking we do for fun).
@Rol It is easy to have your team be truly skilled when you just pick your favorite from one that is currently really talented *cough* Green Bay *cough*
. They are very likely to win it all, but they have had a few lucky wins like the Broncos by the definition of luck in this thread.

That week was pretty close good picking zuv and outlaw we were almost all tied up!
