Skypia is ok I loved the beginning in the middle it slowed down too much but the end was awesome.

What I really love is how the islands have their own customs culture politics and history. The Idea with the different Types of clouds the Knock Up stream the different types of Dials and how they use it in every day life and battle is pure awesomness. But I love every Arc and have no favorite although the War Whitebeard vs Marines has the best battle scenes. When WB gets mad after they killed Ace and he starts raging or when Luffy stops Aces decapitation with his Conqueror Haki unconciously. And thousends of Marines get knocked unconcious that send chills through my whole body.

I also liked the Shabody Archipelago were Luffy commited the heinous crime of punshing a Worldnobel that noone dares exept him (and Zorro that who would have decapitated him if he wasnt stopped by the other pirates).
The worldnoble actually took the wife of the guy he shot as his new slave. Because she wasnt with her husband in the hospital.

You shouldnt miss out on One piece the big picture starts to matter now before you catch only glimpsed whats really going on and you will remember details like the tatoo on hatchans forehead that starts to matter 300 episodes later, every Arc is made as its own Adventure it never gets boring and there are climaxes everywhere it becomes just more aweesome by the minute.

You simply have to watch it and best is you do it at once. Now is the perfect time as they almost crossed half the grand line and all the new stuff begins.

Sadly it takes crazy amount of time to catch up...I was able to do it in 3 months with extreme amount of watching when it was just a 400 Episodes..

I side with Blacksaber on top arc. Enies Lobby and Thriller Bark are tied at the top. Not the horrendously depressing Sabaody Archipelago, and the epicness of the Marineford War was marred by the fact that too many of the characters were new (e.g. the Whitebeards)

I'm taking a break from watching One Piece on a week to week basis (i had been completely caught up, then stopped in early August), so that i had more time to get completely caught up on Naruto, and more time to really sink my teeth into Fairy Tail, but i'll catch the Reunion and the current episodes probably in late November early December

More curious about whether Shirahoshi or Jinbei is going to join the Straw Hats. I feel like Shirahoshi would be more unique, as Jinbei seems kind of flat as a character

I cant wait till the episode comes out :)

I have never watched One Piece, but I once played one of their games, so I think I am qualified enough to talk at length about this series. I liked the part where he fought the clown that can cut himself into pieces. Also, what happened to the dude who was a butler, but wasn't actually a butler.(he had cat claws)
I also remember a talking dog with antlers and some weird fruit...

That's about 20 episodes into the anime xD

The "talking dog with antlers" is in the episode 70- 80 range i think. Been a while.

The reindeer is a member of the crew, along with a cyborg and a walking skeleton, and soon either a mermaid or a fishman...

This episode was awesome but waiting for the next is cruel.

The talking dog with antlers is chopper the ships doctor. He is a reindeer that ate by accident a devil fruit that gives him human abilitys like talking and logical thinking.

The Butler you were talking of is captain kuro he is a pirate but he is small fry so no appearence on the grand line = no later role.
