This is what i mean by a whiners' mentality amongst modern developers, and these lower-end ones seem to somehow have the more obnoxious sense of entitlement

According to capcom gamesharing hasn't really reduced PSN sales for their game. They found this out because there is a DRM that restricts gamesharing.
So that definitely does not hurt in anyway when it comes to full games.
And the guy has only 2 problems with PSN, one is that it doesn't sell that many games and two is that it has a high entry price point?
Joe Danger was made by a group of 4 people btw. Oh and it was successful as well, so its clear that good games do sell well.

Well I think his main points were its harder for an indie developer to get a game on PSN period. MS supports indie developers more than any other console competitor. Sales are also significantly better on Live Arcade and that's why Live Arcade gets better support.
The Joe Danger developers basically said they went with PSN because it has little competition. They feel a lot of games get lost in the fold on Live Arcade because there are too many games, but in reality its the crap games that get ignored. Its evident just by looking at XBLA titles sorted by top selling.

my ps3 post didn't work! well i never expected it to.
OT: sounds more like an unprofessional game developer, or just your typical fanboy.
My first reaction was "who are these developers again?"

it became his business when team meat decided to be so vocal about it. he is just giving the other side of the coin. Did he even mention the name of his game? It did not sound like he was plugging his game at all.
