Yea, no F50 in GT5, which is odd. That game is mising a surprising number of great cars, and has a lot of repeats of Nissans and Hondas.

Yeah I was quite pissed that the F50 wasn't in GT5... I wonder why it wasn't. Such a nice and beautiful car...

And yeah I did notice the huge number of Nissans in the game. Nissan is good though, got a 350z myself hehe.

Polyphony Digital and Nissan have been colaborating on GT from the start. GT1 had 25 cars, 16 of which (i believe) were Nissans. Nissan freely allows PD to model their cars, and have even gone so far to have had PD model their computer astetics.

GT5 is the first game to have Ferrari, and licencing a Ferrari fo a SIM is still expensive. Guess the F50 didn't make the list, even as a standard car.

So are cars in racing games like pokemon in Pokemon games? You have to collect them all?

If that's not the case, I have no idea why you would need that many cars in a game...

Options? Considering they give you a choice of cars each time you level up, most of these cars will probably come into play at some point, regardless of whether or not you drive them.

themanwithnoname's law: As an America's sales or NPD thread grows longer, the probabilty of the comment "America = World" [sarcasticly] being made approaches 1.

Yeah reminds me of GT2 in those god awful event matches that force you to use those BS hatchbacks. =_= The annoyance...

A very impressive list of cars.

My current car isn't there "Chevo Caprice", but my previous one is "Volvo"
when a racer game comes out i always want to use cars that i used in real life so i can compare them with each other.
