I'll probably have to get it since my wife loved FF13 and is getting FF13-2.

I think with the constant rumors and the new job posting, along with all the other articles have pretty much confirmed it. I'm just wondering why they didn't reveal at E3? *shrugs*

I first misread this for FFXIII-2.

I also think Versus will go multiplatform, simply because the 360 version of FFXIII did so well, and the way that switch to multi-platform was handled. However I don't think the difference between graphics and quality will be that different (outside CGI) between the PS3 and 360.

That said, I'll likely get it, but not day 1. I support JRPG's on 360 and MP, but for FF, I don't really need to.

it did well last time i checked it got outsold 4:1 on the ps3

and it's ps3 exclusive atm stop trolling and if this were to go on the 360 it would get gimped these types of games have to stay on the ps3 because it will sell better on it and it will reach it's full potential

Lol....Them looking for 360 devs means nothing! It just means there hiring people that are experienced in making games for this current gen consoles, People who have worked on 360 games are more than capable of working on PS3 games.

the job listing is primarily asking for people with experience on PS3, and Xbox 360 Experience is secondary..

I didn't make the thread, so aren't you the one trolling for going right in here and whining about something? Outside of Japan the ratio of sales between the PS3 and 360 version of FFXIII was about 1.5:1. That's still pretty damn good for a JRPG franchise on the 360.

PS3 and 360 graphical capabilities are very similar. Making 3rd party exclusives doesn't make sense anymore. FFXIII gained 2 million sales by going MP, and didn't suffer in quality on the PS3, enough said.

WOW There is some serious 360 hate around here. There is no guarantee FFXIII Versus will even release this gen (it's been in development for quite a bit, with still no current release date), nevermind go MP.

The guy was just asking a question, if FFXIII Versus went MP, would you get it. People made the same threads for Mass Effect 2, this really is no different.
