Dear United Statesians,

All of your current prospects for your next president scare us. We would appreciate if you could look into rectifying this matter.

Sincerely,
The World.

Dear World,

You gave us Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Kim Jong Ill, Milosevich, Mussolini, Saddam Hussein, Muhammar Qaddafi, etc... and that was all just within the last century.

If our current prospects for president scare the shit out of you, then you seriously need to get your priorities in order.

Sincerely,

The United States

P.S.  If we actually gave a crap what the world thinks about us, we'd be Canada.

Dear United Statesian,

All of those countries were provided polite messages as well about the concerns on their leaders.  Please stop and think before adding another name to the list.

Sincerely,

The World

Dear World,

Was that before or after you had official diplomatic relations with those countries and their leaders, and were actively conducting business and trade programs with them as well?

Also, you'd think that with thousands of years of history under your belt, you'd have learned by now that "polite messages" don't work very well, especially when dealing with ruthless megalomaniacs hellbent on dominating the world or the erradication of an entire ethnic population.

Yours truly,

The United States.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.

I for one have enjoyed OBAMA as president.

Of course that is because I absolutely despised The Bush!

This is why it doesn't really matter who the Republican presidential nominee is... because Obama's going to be running against Bush anyway.  That's how he convinced over 60 million people to vote for a half-term junior Senator / community organizer with zero executive experience for president the first time around lol.

That's not a great strategy, because most of these lunatics are worse than Bush anyway. It might help him against Ron Paul, but then Ron Paul stands no chance of getting the nomination, and though I respect him enormously as a person and as a politician, he would do a lot of harm to the USA. He is too stubborn. He can never accept that he is wrong or listen to anyone else's advice. He is committed to the principles of small government and isolationism even when they don't work, and nothing can change his mind.

Dear you.

The postscript you added summarises all that is wrong with a segment of the American worldview. Not caring about world opinion is a dangerous thing and leads, in part, to denial of American imperialist history. Your message as a whole overlooks the fact that several of these dictators were actively supported, courted and feted by American governments (if not the people).

I love America, but the general direction of its foreign policy is crazybeard, much like other nation states and empires. Sad face.

Yes.

He's been doing a pretty good job, I may vote for him.

you would assume that at least the basics of government (the stuff that both parties can at least agree on) would function due to veto override. Otherwise yeah, it'd be pretty rough

No,anything is better than republican. Stop making threads to just get points.

by the way, again I will say this, I can get more points in one day than you have your whole time here. So threads mean little to me in that regard. Good luck in your pursuit of following me around and posting in more of my eventual threads.

So you're saying that your e-p*nis is already of such proportions that you don't care for an extra inch?

Locking at the thread creator's request. If anyone wants to make a thread to discuss a similar topic (perhaps with a more relevant and less nonsensical title), they should feel free.
