Maybe.....I know the points thing was for you I think? They dont add points. Threads get one point per thread made, so it is not a point maker, and the only way it can get a bunch of points is if people find it interesting and post in it. But Yeah I mentioned the obama thread above somewhere, dont waste yoru time cause its locked.

I don't know. I kinda like it. It's a neat feature that makes every piece of news somewhat related to gaming.
And it's very easy to just ignore it if you don't like it...

Its actually me and who gives a crap if something is tagged. You get no extra points for it, it is just some extra fun for me to add the game and for some members who may find it interesting that I found something that remotely connect with the thread.  And you basically did call me a douche whether you said it or not, so maybe you should get a warning. Don't worry I wont report you because I could care less.

I guess we could complain about joecools inability to not make a post under 5,000 words.

 

And its not like you see a thread and it shows the tagged game. So if you see Dr. Mario you are thinking oh sweet its a Doc Mario game I am going to learn about a new 3DS or Wii U version. NO. It comes up when you go into the thread. Close your eyes spin around twice and click down a few times and that should fix the problem

As for points, other than the magnificent Yo_john and the staff I seem to contribute to this site about 5,000 times more a monthan anyone  of you especiall napolean up there.

What annoys me on this site? "Oh the forums are weak, oh the tagged games have totally ruined my experience here, Oh god this thumbs up or thumbs down facebook thing is so stupid, all the good members have left, blah, blah, blah, blah.

 

But I like most of you here, and I will forget about this in 5 seconds, especially Joecool because he always does great work, and he even put a lot of work into this. Also until for some crazy reason that they make it illegal to put a tag on anything non gaming related I will do my best to find a tagged game for mythreads that I could care less if any of you read because 2 points a post and o points a view means little to me. That include adding games to the database to fulfill that need.

Honestly I wouldn't call anyone a douche for tagging I just personally find it annoying and detracting from the threads. But I don't think that Spurgeonryan or any other user that tags the games is doing it specifically to annoy me or any other user.

lol yah thats my trade mark, if you see a wall of words its usually me. I try so hard to keep responses smaller because I know I have a problem with turning everything into an essay. In fact when I wrote for the news paper I had like a 750-word limit but my articles almost always were around 1,200 or so. I would spend hours trying to shorten the article without damaging its integrity. Now that was hard work.

Ialso gotta say yah you do contribute a crap load more to this site than almost any other user on here. I ranked 3rd at one point last month but I was still trailing you by a very large amount.

I hope you aren't talking about me, I don't complain much on VGChartz accept for about the constant attacks on religion and such. But yah its sort of annoying and I can definatly see how the comment about all the good users leaving stings. Your a great user and I'd like to think I am too I also know several other great members. Saying all the good members are gone is like slapping the rest of us in the face.

Also thanks for the complement. I also won't be avoiding your threads just because I find the tagging annoying doesn't mean I'm going to ignore some of the best threads that get posted on VGChartz lol. If I ignored every thread from every user I ever found something annoying with I wouldn't be on the forum anymore and if others did I doubt I would get any replies. Every user is bound to do something other users get annoyed or offended by, its important to try to look past those things and enjoy what they bring to VGChartz.

Sorry for yet another essay lol!
