The environments look awesome, especially the way it changes and stuff. However, the gameplay seems slow to me, and doesn't quite look like the stylish combat the DMC series is known for. It's disappointing because it's a reboot, but it should still retain that stylish, fast-paced action.
I did originally embed the gametrailers version, which seemed to be a bit better quality. but they have annoying 30 sec ads you have to watch.
first impressions, its hard to say without playing. and somethings arnt too impressive, but on the whole it demonstrates the merits of blending different attacks into seemless combos and moving uninterupted from enemy to enemy without having to stop (the whip). at the moment still no style bar, and i didnt think DT was that good, but still its a nice start. and the environments seem incredible. at face value it dosent seem like a Ninja Theory game, there seems to be elements of both Capcom and Ninja Theory. i dont think either studio would've been able to do this type of thing themselves.
aaaaaand it continues to look like ass. Nothing new to see here people, move along
The art style and environments look amazing, and the combat looks way better than what I expected. I dislike that the game slows down or pauses when Dante slices an enemy in half, but other than that, the game looks great.
Combat seems a bit slow, but that might change if you get some different weapons. Its honestly looking better than I expected, but I still want to see more before I'm convinced.
damn I watched the Ninja Gaiden 3 video first... liked that one waaay more
