We all loved Sega and when the DreamCast went down gamers around the globe mourned the loss of one of the industries most important players. Some of us sold our DreamCasts in sadness but those of us who held on to our DC's and had faith the console would live on can rejoice. Well at least be mildly excited.
Because it would appear that years after DreamCasts horrible demise the system is still getting games. All of us gamers can pull out our DreamCasts whipe the dust off and boot them up. Because yet again a game developer is bringing a game to DreamCast. It would appear game developers just don't want the system to die, they want to immortalize the last hoorah from a company that helped make the industry what it is today.
The game coming to DreamCast on 11/11/11 is called Sturmwind, developed by Duranik and published by RedSpotGames. Sturmwind is yet another side scrolling shooter and sometimes top down shooter. "a region free Dreamcast based 2D shooter featuring 16 levels, 20 bosses, 640x480 graphics" with "online leaderboards and a trophy system with unlockable content". The games final retail price is not listed but don't worry the game will be region free meaning that gamers anywhere in the world can enjoy another walk down Sega lane.
