Amazing conference, unfortunately many of these games probably won't even get localized...3DS in Japan won't fail for sure, even if I doubt all of these are exclusives.

More Mario Kart 7 Facts:

- I was mistaken. Metal isn't an item. Metal Mario is a character

- Kalimari Desert and DK Pass are retro courses

- Tanooki Leaf is an item

- Spiny Shells are back, but they don't have wings, so they may function like Mario Kart 64

- Wuhu Island will be the 1st 1-lap course in Mario Kart history

So no redesign then? And the next big conference is GDC is it not (i.e. when the next opportunity for such an announcement will be)? Which is next February. Looks like I'll still be getting a 3DS this year then...

Actually, I guess you wanted the game on the PS3. But that's nonsense and it's about time that Capcom adjusts to the market. Handhelds lead the way for Monster Hunter, so the games go there and home consoles will get the afterthoughts from now on.

well first off, agree or disagree? monster hunter single handedly saved the psp from being a completely irrelevant platform a good 3 or so years ago, maybe more.

now with that said and also knowing that i think this gen of handhelds will be down a decent amount over last gen, losing this game to nintnedo could really put the vita into a irrelevence quite quickly. as i am intending to purchase a vita this makes me say "grrr..". and as you may have noticed with my feeling towards the wii - i don't like investing in platforms that lose all game support 2 years into their life-cycle.
