Can Disney beat Universal's record 2015 domestic gross - $2.445 billion?

It will fall short of tha... 4 13.33%

Finding Dory, Doctor Stra... 20 66.67%

It's going to be very cl... 6 20.00%

Total:30

AoU was a really boring movie. Anyway, I'm not from the USA and I can honestly say that the hype for FF7 was superior. The theather I went to wasn't as packed and I went to watch it first day...then again my country only adds around 4-6 million to big movies.

I'm thinking that Avengers: Age of Ultron will make more then $100 million dollars less domestically then the first one did its legs aren't very good. Plus this week you have Mad Max: Fury Road which will hurt its legs and next week you have Tomorrowland and the week after that San Andreas.

should finish around 450M so 170M less than the first.

The way its legs are I wouldn't be surprised if it would finish around that mark.  It's currently almost $70 million behind the first one after 14 days of being released will probably be close to $100 million behind after this weekend.  The first one had a lot less competion from other movies in its theatrical run.

Furious 7 should be above $1.5 billion dollars in about two weeks. Its pretty amazing how much more money Pitch Perfect 2 made in its first three days domestically versus the first movie. $69 million versus $5 million. It already out grossed the first movie domestically and is only a couple of days away from making more then the first one made world wide.

Well Pitch Perfect 2 did it it out grossed the first movie world wide already after only five days of being released.

Mad Max was not as much competition as I thought it would be though, and I m surprise PP 2 took any of its business.business.  sure what comes out this weekend.

Tomorrowland and the Poltergeist remake.  Its now over $92 million behind the first movie domestically.

Looks like Tomorrowland will under perform big time on its opening weekend since it had a production budget of $190 million and Poltergeist did a lot better then I though it would since the trailer for it looked pretty lame and the movie didn't needed to be remade.

Pitch Perfect 2, going to be #1 for 2 weeks in a roll. Mad Max isn't holding up as well as people thought it would. Around a 46 percent drop, and now trailing by nearly 30 something to Pitch instead of 23 million. I liked both, at least they're both kind of succeeding.....well Max is iffy. 30 million budget vs 200+ million.

Furious 7 is less then a million away from making $1.5 billion world wide. I guess it will make more then the first Avengers movie after all I'm thinking its final total will be a bit more then $1.52 billion so it will roughly make just slightly more the $20 million before its run is over.
