Rise of the Guardians is doing a lot better overseas.  Jack Reacher's opening was kinda weak at least its budget wasn't too big it will make money eventually.  Actually it had a better opening then MI: Ghost Protocol but I doubt it will have the same strong legs to get past $200 million domestically.  It also looks like Wreck-It Ralph will not make it to $200 million domestically.

Not sure if Jack Reacher will make it over $60.
Isn't he suppose to be 6'4" tall? and they have Tom (5'6") playing him? Not interested in seeing it.

Yes, but it has slowed to a crawl and it probably wouldn't reach 1B without China. China is not going to give it 100m more, I don't think.

Batman is around 1.08b, so skyfall needs 100m to pass it

It should get around 30-35m from china, so it needs to scrape 70m elsewhere :)

Yep, that's what I don't see happening either ;o. It's going to get...what...maybe $10-$15m more from USA and perhaps 30-40m at most outside of USA/China

Well, i'm hoping china get's behind this movie :P because it's skyfalls only chance :(

and Parental Guidance earned about $7m.

Les Mis is doing really well for a musical that got mixed reviews. It will end up doing better then the last successful musical Sweeney Todd and a lot better then the last high profile/budget musical Nine that bombed at the box office.

Skyfall made it to the billion mark without the aid of China. Also The Hobbit is the 11th movie to make it past the $200 million mark domestically tying 2007 with the year with the most movies making it past the $200 million dollar mark. Wreck-It Ralph should have made it past the $200 million mark also but its legs kinda fell off it still should end very close once its theater run is over somewhere around the $190 million dollar range.
