If the game has released in one region but not WW how does it work? I see a few votes for ICO Collection but it releases on the 30th of September in Europe, which is why I didn't vote for it.

as long as it isn't releasing in Sept in your region, everything is dandy.

It does release in my region in Sep, so I guess I did well not voting for it.
