^^^Why do I get the feeling that this whole Neogaf invasion is going to go wrong and we're going to end up blowing Badgenome up, losing our sexy female, and being betrayed by the person whom we least expect?

As long as this thread is on a secure private server nothin should go wrong. Plus I found the last two operatives for the mission.

Wise martial arts expert Dragon Fly Jones.

Dirty handicapped veteran Patches O'Houlihan

We got this man.

I commend you on your efforts in finding our last two operatives.  Unfortunately, while you were recruiting, I took the liberty of scouting their territory and trying to make a Neogaf account.  That place is locked up tighter than Fort Knox.  I couldn't get in.  I needed to have a private/paid e-mail account before I could sneak into their compound.  I'm afraid Badgenome may be lost to us.

Poor Badgenome. I can only imagine what they're doing to him in there.

God help us......

I will require butter, a ball of twine and chopsticks.

Good question, a lot of the "old guard" or member that have been around haven't been posting as much lately and Badgenome and Rolstoppable are just 2 examples.......

They better come back and post often soon

Yeah, I don't see much of Twesterm these days, either.  He was one of my favorite posters.  I was excited when he regained mod status.  It seems like becoming a mod made him post less, too.  Same thing happened to Rocketpig and Rubang B, too.  I sorta feel like the kid who keeps thinking something is cool when everybody else has moved on to bigger and better things.

Maybe they're just doing what I've been doing: lurking for the past age because I'm not automatically logged into the site, thanks to all the site changes.  It takes an insurmountable effort to have to retype in my username and password more than 3 times a year.  I have to go all the way to the top right part of the screen and select that tiny log in bar.  Worse, I may have to do it in a thread, which would take me back all the way to the home page.  I can't be bothered to look twice for that thread!

Okami

To lavish praise upon this title, the assumption of a common plateau between player and game must be made.  I won't open my unworthy mouth.

I am on much less, if there's a video game I really want to play. Currently Xenoblade Chronicles consumes my life.

So I noticed.  The only thing that kept your name out of the title of this thread was that I checked your profile and saw that you had logged in earlier today.  Hurry up and finish that game so you can get back to business.  Real gamers don't play video games, we stay on the internet and talk about video games!

Can I be the guy who betrays you in the raid? I play diplomacy a lot so I'm good at betrayal.

AlcoholuAkbar was his PSN/Tag name, or something very close to that, if that's what you were thinking of, Lewis

I wish it were that easy. The game is absolutely massive and so far there aren't any sufficient sidequests guides available. There's the Japanese Wiki, but the translation is a brainkiller. I wish the game could be 100 % completed without a guide, but this is a JRPG we are talking about.

I've done 439 sidequests so far, killed about 130 special monsters and got 170 achievements. And there's still more stuff to do.

Fuckin' pansey casual gamers....

Well two things are stopping you from being the betrayer.

1.  We can't get into Neogaf without a paid e-mail account (so much for my plan of sneaking in under the guise of d21lewis smith).

2. How can you betray us if we already know you're the betrayer?

I have a better plan: Destroy Neogaf! Set the entire website aflame!
