I am not sure if other feel the same way as me, its not that the level was bad it was just that the level was not as fun as the others, it did not have the magic as other levels did. Plus it had endless respwans of enemies and they would spwan behind you, infront of you, and at times right beside you. I played the mission on legendary and when you have what feels like endless respawns of enemies and checkpoints that are far apart the level is just not enjoyable as the others. The flood also dont always stay dead. |
I never really experienced that. I knew where they would be triggered and ultimately would clear them all out even on legendary. I think more that given the extra horsepower and time they can make the level more visually diverse as you pass through it. It was such a repetitive area that you often didnt know how far you were through it.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

Thats the thing I only played the Libary once before so i had no idea where the enemies were going to come from. When i play Halo even on legendary i dont really stay still for long, i always push forward. So when i would kill the first wave i would push right away and the second wave would spwan behind me from those hole in the walls. I would get screwed cause i would have the kill the enemies that i trigged from moving forward and the second wave even the third wave of enemies that are spwaning from behind.
Even so it was not a difficult mission, Halo 2 was a pain in the ass on legendary.

When you actually think about it the Library level was really just an early version of Firefight.

Love the product, not the company. They love your money, not you.
