i hate to bring every body down but im going to be honest here

Tale's Of Xillia wont come out in America/EMEAA until 2013

Tale's Of Graces F will release before Tale's Of Xillia does and Graces F isnt coming out until 2012(they wont release 2 Tale's Of game's in the same year on the same platform in America/EMEAA)

but boy is Graces F taking a long time to get here UGH!

and it doesn't make it any better that this gen is basically JRPG starved especially ps3(the main console that should be JRPG KING)

but thing's are finally starting to look up with Atelier Meruru,Ni No Kuni and the hinted persona 5 on the way

I prefer Vesperia over the other Tales games.

So far out of the ones I have I would rate them as:

Vesperia > Symphonia > Legendia > Phantasia

I also have Abyss but I haven't started it yet.

In terms of battle systems I can still see people putting abyss above vesperia's some times. As the fof fields can make the battles pretty flashy and fast and everyone has their own overlimit gauge. and abyss has a better story than vesperia so you may like it the best. lol wait till you experience jade.
