What is wrong with you? If you absolutely want to eliminate DQIX then say it clear...A game that barely sold 40k unit lifetime vs. one which sold 5.5M units and which received perfect scores... This is becoming ridiculous.

3 games I love for DS are Fire Emblem, Front Mission, and Advance Wars. I'll admit, Front Mission is niche, but the following in Japan is pretty huge. It's one of SE's best franchises and it's a shame it's not too popular.
Also sales =/= quality. I like Tales of __ better then Final Fantasy, and same goes with Fire Emblem, yet their sales are low.
Dragon Quest IX is a good game, I was the only person to plus vote it before you, but I'm just protecting my favs. Vote down FM, and I'll fight back.

Sorry but you can keep voting down DQIX and I'll keep voting down Front Mission. Once both games will be eliminated I will down vote Fire Emblem too unless you stop downvoting DQIX.
Seriously I know that sales =/= quality but DQIX is both a commercial and a critical success and it deserves to be in the top 3 unlike a game like Front Mission. This elimination game is not about the best DS niche game but about the best DS game. Also you can't protect your personal top 3 forever, you will have to make choices.

Okay fine, but don't kill it. You haven't played the game before and it really is one of SE's best. There is a lot of meh at the bottom of the list, keep Front Mission above them.

morenoingrato how can you vote down one great SE SNES remake, but plus vote the other? They are both extremely well recieve both as a remake and original. DQIX is a good game, so that's why I'm letting that be, but I don't favor your favs very much either. Keep voting this down and I'll vote down the Layton and Ace attorney, regadless of if you like it.
Like atma said, this is a competition of best game, not favorite. I'll fight for Front Mission because I honestly feel it's an underappreciated franchise. I look more forward to a main series Front Mission game then I do any other Square Enix title.
