(Johnny Louis/WENN.com) In another sensational attempt to draw attention to the plight of animals, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is planning to launch a porn site later this year. A spokeswoman for the group says the site will feature adult content along with graphic images of animals that viewers may not expect to see. “We are preparing to launch our own peta.xxx site, but instead of just showing people our iconic ads we then show them how animals suffer for entertainment,” PETA's Ashley Byrne told Australia's Herald Sun. The organization says its sexy side displayed in galleries and videos will quickly give way to the sinister world of animal mistreatment uncovered by the group’s hidden camera investigations. PETA has raised temperatures -- and controversy -- over the years by employing porn stars like Sasha Grey and Jenna Jameson as well as scantily clad models and celebrities in TV commercials and advertisements to promote animal rights, veganism and vegetarianism. Earlier this month, Hulk Hogan's daughter, Brooke, participated in a provocative photo shoot for a PETA campaign. The 23-year-old was photographed lying naked in a cage as part of the Women In Cages exhibition. "I hope it shocks [people] to see a human in the place of an animal," Hgan said. "It really shows how absurd that treatment is. ... We're all God's creatures. Just because we don't speak the same language doesn't mean [animals] don't have feelings too."

Sure, let's exploit women and degrade them in the name of protecting other animals.

The fact that PETA supports the porn industry by hiring porn stars for their shoots and promo's is so wrong. Lets treat humans worse then animals to draw attention to how animals are mistreated. At least we don't force animals to fuck infront of camera's for treats for our own pleasure. Infact I've seen some pretty nasty shit.

What about sex slavery and such, demeaning women like this a promoting exploitation of them and degrading them. Is not a way to gain respect and have people take your cause seriously!

How are they treating women badly? Are the women being forced into doing porn? Are they slaves? Do the women feel they are being exploited? Who are you to judge them and tell them how to live if it doesn't affect your life? I'm honestly disgusted with your low opinion of women, that you'd even think that the women doing porn can't even think for themselves, defend themselves or choose what they want to do with their body is insulting. 

Animals don't have the ability to choose how to live, they can't defend themselves and are bred to be killed and eaten. Women are not bred to be put in front of a camera for porn, it's their choice to do so, so please avoid making such idiotic comparisons.

I also find it insulting that you feel that the women involved need defending, but the men involved are obviously in no need of defence. Won't you cry out in outrage for the men who are being degraded!

This! Porn is actually a form of empowerment of sorts.

Actually I believe all men in the industry should be arrested and charged with prostitution. Yes I am outraged with the men who are being degraded on film and in places like Boy's town in Thailand.

Fact is while some pornstars are there by choice many are not. In asian countries and in some european countries the women and yes in lesser cases but still existant men are forced into these actions. Just because some pornstars in North America and parts of Europe and Asia do it by choice doesn't mean they all do. As such it is degrading to those who don't do it by choice.

Not to mention humans aren't only good for sexual gratification. The porn industry teaches people that they are only good for sex. Sure a women or man may enter the industry of their free will. But that doesn't mean its any less degrading to those who don't or even to the image of women and men in our society.

People choose to work with septic system's does that mean sitting in someone's shit isn't demeaning and degrading?

Just because someone does something of their free will doesn't make it any less degrading. Especially when Porn entraps millions and as I said degrades and mistreats millions of people.

As for animal's having no free will and being eaten.

If you released all the animals right now what would happen? They would eat each other and go on living and being eaten. The food cycle would continue with or without us. So should we stop eating animals and just set them free to be eaten by every other animal? Or maybe we should protect the vegitable eating animals and kill all the carnivores so animal's aren't eaten.

Seriously we are part of the food chain. Animals are part of the food chain. Thats how God created it. Animals treat each other just as bad as we treat animals. I mean one day my cat captured a mouse, rather then put it out of its misery it brought the mouse in the house. Then let it go before catching it again, bit it abit till it was bleeding and let it go again. Caught it again and this time batted it around for half an hour or so before letting it go a third time. Then finally it caught it and ripped its head off.

Now am I saying we should be animal's , no. I'm simply saying animals are animals and humans are humans. We shouldn't treat humans like animals and we shouldn't treat animals like humans.

Do I agree with some of the practices by big food corporations, no. Do I agree with the treatment of dog's in some breeders and in China. No. Do I believe in animal cruelty No.

But animals exist to eat and be eaten. Thats the way it always has been and will always be.

Are you suggesting it should be otherwise, and if so please enlighten me on how we are supposed to change the whole world's food chain?
