No she wasn't. She continues to go off the deep end. Her first album contained far different sounds as well as a very different theme for the songs.

Honestly, look at videos before she was Lady Gaga. She wasn't controversial for the sake of it.

Lastly, anyone who likes this song has no business hating on country music, as it sounded no difference from it. In fact, I imagine that Carrie Underwood could do it far better.

Leo dont get me wrong I do like her old music, I even went to see her perform at a bar (like 4 years ago and before she was famous) in a Chicago suburb and I thought she was great back then! But now shes annoying and like it or not her new album SUCKS really bad.

hopefully her future material is not about politics and religion (and for sake she needs to stop using us the gays!) she just needs to be her old self and I will like her again.....
