Glad I Pre-ordered. Was told by the seller on eBay my package was shipped earlier today, so I should be good.

The thing I find hilarious about NoA these days is that going by their current mentality they would have never imported even-mainstream Nintendo franchises if those were being made today for the first time... they play it so safe it's ridiculous!

Reggie: "What have got for me this time, guys?"
NCL Rep.: "We have a brand new game featuring an Italian plumber who jumps on mushrooms and -"
Reggie: "PASS! Too weird! Americans are into action!"
NCL Rep.: "In that case how about an adventure game -"
Reggie: "Now you're talkin!"
NCL Rep: "about a young elven boy in green tights..."
Reggie: "No! Something Manly!"
NCL Rep: "We've also got a game about a bounty hunter -"
Reggie: "There ya go!"
NCL Rep: "Her name is Samus and she morphs into a ball and..."
Reggie: "I've heard enough! Make it Sam, and make him transform into a motorcycle instead and you're golden!"
NCL Rep: (this probably isn't the best moment to tell him about the Kirby games...)

Clearly you forgot to mention the story about Donkey Kong

You mean Radar Scope? Not sure how that would help my point...

Until you've played it, every game is a system seller!

If you read "Game Over" I'm pretty sure it describes how arcade owners laughed at Donkey Kong and it wasn't until they were allowed to do a "trial" at one location that did really well, where eventually the machine stopped working because it was full of coins that people came around to it and orders had to be produced with all nighters to reconfigure the rest of the RadarScope machines

“When I was 5 years old, my mom always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down “happy.” They told me I didn’t understand the assignment and I told them they didn’t understand life." - author unknown

I know the story from a similar book that came out before "Game Over". According to that book the decision to produce RadarScope machines was made by Yamauchi (ie: NCL) and not NoA, which is why it doesn't really fit...

Great news! I think...

Are you trolling America? Don't make me go over there

It was unintentional. I think...

You THINK? Are you changing your mind about America? Cuz if not.........

Tag:I'm not bias towards Nintendo. You just think that way (Admin note - it's "biased".  Not "bias")

Don't worry, I won't troll America. You have Reggie, and that's enough.

I hope my local Mediamarkt has it in stock :)

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

I just hope it isn't very low shipments or amazingly frontloaded.

I fear it could be both. >_>

Well no surprise I'm currently playing this game and it is FAN-TAS-TIC! I'm glad I pre-ordered. I actually picked it up yesterday, 2 days before the official release (isn't my retailer nice?). I hope it keeps selling because it really deserves it.

I do wonder if what was likely a meagre supply from NoE is being sapped by us Americans.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
