I really like the hardware, it looks like it has everything a good portable needs in this day and age.

1) Good physical controls (finally dual analogues!)

2) Cameras and good AR (Sony have shown some amazing demos of what they can do)

3) Great build quality with high quality components (gotta love that screen!)

4) A unique method of interacting with your games (rear touchpanel opens the door to new and exciting ideas)

Though a few details are still missing, like

1) How is the battery life?

2) Will there be any units sold with memory cards bundled in?

And stuff like that.

On the software-side, there's alot to like, both from Sony's own studios as well as third parties.

1) Uncharted: Golden Abyss!

2) LittleBigPlanet Vita!

3) Sound Shapes!

4) An original BioShock game!

And others!
