I always try to get most of the achievements from the games I own, but buying a bad game just for the easy plus achievements seems a waste of time and honestly having that many achievements kinda makes you seem like a loser in my opinion. But I dont hate on the guy, everybody in life tries to accomplish a goal for themselves and even thou as in this case... sometimes seems pretty crazy.

i like to play games, I enjoy, achievements come as I play....not my priority...
but I guess being a world record holder is cool too

Mine's not even worth talking about. If he truly enjoys this--and isn't simply doing it for the sake of breaking a record--then more power to him. I only bother to platinum games that genuinely interest me and don't require that I do much more than I would already do in said games; I'm a bit of a completionist after all, but only in certain games.

I've got a friend on my friends list however that has 300k and he's pretty damn hardcore. I can't even imagine 600k
