Let me tell you an allegory.  I once had this beautiful girlfriend and we dated for 2 years.  She ended up cheating on me and we broke up.  I told her i didn't care about her and I never talked to her again.  I refused to talk to her because I didn't care enough about her to even utter one word.  Therefore, the moral of the story is....Xen, thanks for all the posts and most of all thanks for caring.  I appreciate the feedback

@OP i just read some of the comments and i honestly didnt see anything that negative. Are they removed already?? I saw more comments about people complaning about Sony fanboys than actual troll comments. Honest. But really every website has its bias. Why not ask why IGN is pro MS and Anti NInty???? Or why VGchartz is pro Ninty??

The only reason i am asking about this is because Activision donating to charity was derided by the n4g community so malevolently.....it was the last straw.

The two sites are definitely not intertwined. We have a mutual advertising deal with N4G, and that's all.

I will just say that vgchartz and n4g have a mutual relationship with similarly vested interests.

A article about something positive and it gets turned into a "Xbox has no games

A company has donated a quarter of a million dollars to charity and the majority of comments on n4g scream 'fanboy'.

Disgusting

1. Why do you get so upset over what a bunch of idiots are posting on another website?

2. Why do you think N4G cares what its commentors are like?  They'll still get hits for the news that's posted regardless.

3.  Why are people still surprised that there are so many Sony fanboys on the internet?  Sony dominated the two generations during which the internet became mainstream, and they're still doing pretty well today, so it's no surprise that of the many that started gaming and posting on the internet over the past 15 years, they'd have the most fans and fanboys roaming around.

This seems like a total non-issue, and I wonder both why this thread was made, and why such threads are allowed to be made.  This forum is meant for talking about games and their sales, not bitching about the fanboy userbase of some other website.
