Do I really need to say something?

Considering that he keeps getting reelected, I think you have nothing but yourselves to blame.

That's sure, unfortunately I have the right to vote from only 1 year...

Mark Rutte (the Netherlands)

The first non-christian non-socialist liberal prime-minister in a hundred years. Since I voted for him I support him.

Though he did lie to me about the latest Greek bailout.

it's quite easy to get reelected when you control 5 of the 7 main television channels, and at least 3 or 4 newspapers, and when the opposition is shattered and full of internal divisions. i think the italian situation is a bit hard to understand for foreign people, but think of it as a "soft" dictatorship, driven by media control instead of violence.

BTW i'm italian too, berlusconi is my prime minister and i strongly disapprove him. i dislike him from both a political standpoit (i'm more of left wing ideals) and a personal one (he is a maschilist, an opportunist, a liar, a corruptor, a sex maniac, an homophobic, a racist, an ignorant and vulgar person). he is the person i despise the most in this world, i never voted for him and i will never do. many italian people feel the same as me, but unfortunately there is still a majority of people, mainly elder people or people with poor instruction that are literally brainwashed by his lies

I meant to say he's no Christian-Democrat or Social-Democrat who normally take the office.

I dislike the Romanian president and prime minster. They're both too right wing for my taste (then again, so is every other politician from here). Heck, people from their party were even acting as apologetics to the Oslo terrorist attack.

The whole eastern bloc is still going through a period of anti-communist reaction, which is to say the whole thing is swinging to the right because the Left still reminds people of the dark times, it'll even out eventually.

Catastrophes blamed for one political wing usually put them out of power for a long time. The Republicans weren't really viable opposition for the Democrats until almost 40 years after 1929, but they came back eventually (much as i dislike them, the point is they swung back from a period of anti-Republican New Deal reactionism), or how the Democrats lacked real national leadership power in America since they were blamed for the Civil War, they weren't *really* in power for like 65 years

So it may take a while, but it'll even out.

As for me, i'm not sure how i feel about Obama. He didn't take advantage of the double-majority enough. Health Care bill was a pathetic baby-step, the Dodd-Frank financial reform bill is toothless, he couldn't end those idiotic Bush tax cuts, and he isn't telling the Republicans "you'll raise the debt ceiling under my terms or you'll get blamed for the default," which is what he should be doing right now.

Too soft. Democrats in this country are just Republican Lite since the 80s, and we need real Leftism back here.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

(David Cameron) I don't think he's as bad as most people make him out to be tbh.

your answer sounds similar to mine. that is why I said not sure. I think he doing a OK job. though looking at recent growth figures and then the inflation rate. i'm kind of worried.  think long term he has the right idea though.

so I am the only person who said not sure.

correct me if I am wrong
stop me if I am bias
I love a good civilised debate (but only if we can learn something).

how the hell am i supposed to dislike another cat person?!  (even if i thought he wasnt doing a good job, which i dont, 'cause he kicks ass)

Saludos!
