Forums - Nintendo - True...or false? Amazon lists Monado (Xenoblade) for August 28 release in the US

False, say I.
Why not list it as Xenoblade?

The game is still trademarked as Monado over here.

Probably for the Europe release. I had the same thing happen for The Eagle Path, but it is only out in Europe for now.

EU release is August 19 though.

I wonder why.

But you're probably holding over 'till then, eh? ;)

Why was it changed from Xenoblade to Monado in the first place, anyways? Can't they just keep the same title for the same game across the regions?

Impossible to be the actual release time. If NoA's even going to bother to pick it up at this point, it'll be in 2012 sometime, likely Q1 or Q2 (given that there's absolutely nothing on the horizon for that timeframe in North America)

I'm wondering if that will be the date that Amazon de-lists Monado, as is more likely to happen at this point

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I got the same message a few days ago im sure its nothing though.

You Americans have to blame noone but yourselves. If only you had bought Arc Rise Fantasia to show that there's a market for JRPGs on the Wii. It had cutting edge graphics and state-of-the-art voice acting, but you people shoved it to the side in favor of the latest installments of Carnival Games and Game Party.

I bought Arc Rise Fantasia. >.>
