Nintendo has anounced today that they will cut the 3DS from 250$ to 170$!... But is that price cut enough or big enough for you to buy one now (and when I mean now, I mean, you have the money with you the next time you see the handheld  and buy without hesitating)?

No big reason wasnt price to begin with.

I am waiting for the Vita. 3D Isnt as great as Sony nor Nintendo are making it out to be at this point. Until then I'll just show with the portable that has the games that cater to me and has the power.

Wait for 2 or 3 years after its launch. possibly further price cuts and a decent games library is established. Games library of any console system is very limited in its first 12 to 18 months. It takes time for developers to release games and come to terms with the new hardware technology.

Not enough games that interest me. There are only two games I really want (Kingdom Hearts and Paper Mario). That's not enough, even if they were out right now.

Based on the sales I have seen the 3DS is struggling. DS is cheaper and has more games available and is 6 to 7 years old. 3DS has only just released and it costs a lot more than the DS. It will take time for the 3DS games libbrary to grow in number as developers release games for the 3DS and come to terms with the new hardware technology on the 3DS. Original new games that offer gamers new experience may improve sales of 3DS hardware.

I'm Waiting for more Games I like.
