If it does not get adjusted down...like for October, also November's NPD showed VGC overtracked a bit the console, so it could be it didn't reach 900k last week. Still, with MK and MH in Japan the numbers could surpass 1m anyway.

Also I skipped a week since vgchartz was acting dumb and I was late this week because I wasn't here for the last two days

If 3DS didn't outsell DS by a ridiculous margin I would be surprised. What other console gets a 32% price cut only months from launch? I think if Nintendo is smart, 3DS could just outsell DS lifetime sales, but it would be hard. I think both consoles will perform similarly as well in the long run.

To put things into perspective, the PSP and DS sold 15 million during their first years. Can the 3DS sell more than PSP and DS combined in one year? Right now, it is looking like it will.

and the thing is that Nintendo has not even revealed the casual 3DS titles

until now, many of Nintendo's 3DS titles are core, they are trying to get the core back

but Ninty won't let the casual audience escape to the ishits, they are probably developing innovative software using 3DS camera, motion and AR

like ''WarioWare'' Dsi kind of game which will use camera, and that will probably be great and improve sales among casuals, Animal Crossing looks like it can be huge on 3DS with streetpass and stuff

and we already know that the future already holds great releases like Super Smash, so the momentum will most likely last



don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

3DS is doing really well now, the holiday boost has given 3DS a massive push.
