Dark Souls, unless like somone else said and Dota 2 releases this year. Then Dota 2 and a new PC if it does.

Skyrim and Rage are both getting a day 1 I think though.
I forgot TM was coming out this year. My excitement is at zero for that game, no hype whatsoever.

Skyward Sword, but to be honest, as a Wii owner, and not yet a 3DS owner, I don't have a lot to choose from

Skyward Sword. No Zelda game from Nintendo has ever been less than very good.

For Single Player: Uncharted 3

That's a hard choice but I would have to pick Uncharted 3. Naughty Dog is known for Quality that doesn't seem to be matchable at this point :/
