27 huh? I guess we have to deal with Bieber for 10 more years.

Anyways, RIP Amy.

I have no sympathy for people who die of drug overdoses. She had a decent amount of talent and could have made millions. What a waste of talent.

I agree about the waste of talent, but while I have no sympathy for dead drug or alcohol addicts that in their life hurt other people, I feel sad and have sympathy for those that just hurt themselves. She was weak and fragile, it happens to common people, it happens even more often to artists, due to their higher sensitivity, and the pressure of the star system and both success and unsuccess often make things worse for them.

RIP Amy.

True, it must be really tough to be famous, with media constantly bothering you and paparazzi taking your picture everywhere you go. I can see how famous people could turn to drugs/alcohol.

Nah, he's not talented, so he'll live 'till 100 (and torture us with his "music" 'till then).

I disagree, I think she was amazing as a whole. Her problems shaped her music, and who knows, perhaps if she was that fucked up maybe she wouldnt have made all that music.

As a side note, I dont really think she cared about "making millions".

Not every famous person, but the most fragile and sensitive ones are more at risk than if they had a quiet life instead. And how many presumed strong sports people become addict to pain killer drugs after accidents, because they must start again training and competing ASAP, before their heyday is over? How many common people abuse plain and simple caffeine to work more, then they become sleep pills addict to be able to sleep despite the caffeine abuse and die of heart attack before turning 60? Do they all deserve it? Pressure kills, both the famous and the not famous. I'd like to be rich and maybe famous too, but not in the star system either of the sports or show businesses.

Amy was never really that followed by paparazzis. It was just her life and her habits that got herself into trouble.

But if there was any celebrity that got really affected by the media persecution and got hounded by the paparazzis, it's either Michael Jackson or Britney Spears.

I'd go insane if I was like on Britney's place.

She had talent? Good to know. If you want my honest opinion, thank god she is gone. If not, then RIP

Vote the Mayor for Mayor!

She was a great voice a unique voice that the music world has lost. Sad to see so many people care about her more dead then alive. Everyone's been saying how she was their "best" friend but did nothing to help her with her addiction.
R.I.P. Amy

Rip Amy. Guess thats what she'd been looking for.
