I played Terranigma and it was fun. But somehow it fits in with Illusion of Gaia, Secret of Mana and Zelda and didnt stand out in comparison.

For me, those games are a very different genre than BoF, FF and Chrono Trigger.

So saying that Terranigma is better than CT might indicate you prefer Action RPGs over real RPGs.

All I meant with this is that it is NOT leagues above these other games. It is not meant to belittle the game as all of them are fantastic, but I could not say: yes, Terranigma rules them all.
