Seriously, the original story was basically an attempt by its creator to cough up poison and essentially remove it from his system before it made him want to kill himself, and, considering how ingrained suicide is in the Nihon culture, and how high their suicide rates have been historically because of that fact, he still might if he hasn't already.

ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh If i don't like an anime i generally know by the first episode. But I disliked evangelion alot because of the last 2 episodes. I felt so fuckin cheated.

@ Mad55: I think it's unfair to judge an anime series by how it ends. If I were to do that, then Cowboy Bebop would be my least favorite anime series of all time. I know it's a gem, but I think they could have resolved it without [/spoiler] killing off Spike. [/end_spoiler]

But then, I didn't like the English Dub much on Evangelion. The reason for that is that the female voices seemed to be trying too hard to sound sexy, and failing miserably because of it. Seriously, the dub on this one was gutter-porn-grade at its best, and projectile-vomit-inducing at its worst.

Never seen Bartender before, but I couldn't even sit through the first episode of Durarara because it was so fucking boring!

Probably black cat... that was the worst I watched all the way through. I quit watching it if I really don't like it. I wouldn't say it's even close to the worst anime ever though. I've turned some off after a few minutes.

Ghost In the Shell SAC, 2nd gig. Hainbane Renmei and planetes are my favorite series. By quite a bit.

What, you didn't like season one of Stand Alone Complex? The Laughing Man arc was one of the craziest storylines I'd ever seen in Cyberpunk fiction. In fact, if the Laughing Man wasn't such a brilliant nemesis to Section 9, then the Individual Eleven arc portrayed in 2nd GIG would never have happened. Hell, 2nd GIG wouldn't have happened.

My least favorite was the Count of Monte Cristo anime. It was such a dramatic change from the book o_o. Really wasn't expecting that
