I work out almost every day at home, no gym.

I do alternate abb workouts in sets of 3 for about 5 minutes each set, with a rest time of about 5 also. I begin with crunches (about 50-80), alternate into scissor kicks (about 80-100), into side crunches for the obliques (60 each side), leg lifts, head lifts, and cross sit ups.

A little longer into the night I do "pump pushups", they sound pretty damn gay but the get the job done :P I take about 5 seconds to lower down all the way, push up in a realy fast but short burst, fall back down, and push myself up all the way before lowering again. I do about 20 of those, 3 sets a night.

I do about 15 pullups a day, 7 slow, full pullups in 2 sessions, then one for the hell of it usually >_>

I jump rope for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on how I'm feeling.

Not big on weight equipment :/ I refuse to push anything past my own body weight (176 lbs @ 12% body fat (eesh) ) but I don't mind doing multiple reps @ weight, I can bench 180 about 20-30 times :/ not sure what my max is.

From 0 to KICKASS in .stupid seconds.

I work out a lot after and before work. I wake in the morning doing push-ups and sit-ups. I drink lots of Orange Juice and eat lots of fruits and veggies. My body is fine ^_^

Every day! I used to be a jailer. At night, I could see the inmates doing push-ups and running in place and such. I figured that those guys could whip my scrawny ass! Been working out ever since. Nobody tries me. I look like a WWE superstar. I'd probably still get my ass whipped if somebody did want to fight.

i used to do amazing crap when I was in highschool, since phys ed was all part of the curriculum, but now i'm in college, so if i want to work out, I have to take it out of my free time, and anymore, I'd rather sleep.

Man, I hate that. i used to hate sleeping, now it's actually enjoyable. i feel old.

I do, though I haven't in the last month. I've been far too busy/lazy but tomorrow I'm starting again. The gyms going to be full tomorrow.

I go during lunch most of the time so I don't have time to do much more than cardio but I like doing weights when I have the time. What I really like are circuits-- those things really beat the hell out of you.

No, I'm strong enough already, even too much.
I mean, I still need to gain more uh... limberness, and doing pushups and the like just has the reverse effect.
I'm doing several hours of Aikido every week, and it's more than enough. It's so much of a workout, and the rare free fights are the easier part actually, we can relax then.
It's very good because it trains all the muscles and joints that people don't use or train usually, which are thus the weaker ones.
I find myself funny when I remember I was doing pushups in the army to defend myself, because now I realize that with Aikido, all of this is useless, or worse, as the more you do pushups, the more stiff you are without realizing, and the faster and easier the bones or joints will break.
I would need some more abdos though. We were "feeling" front karateka kicks in the stomach the other day, and I felt the pain clearly. 4 of these and I would be knockdowned.
Oh well...
