i touched a live 400Volts 1200 Amps copper conductor once, while standing on a grounded metal walkway.

Next think i knew was lying on my back with the apprentice, who gave me the faulty test bulb i checked with beforehand, staring in my face. While the other guy who had told me "he had switched everything off" was nowhere to be seen.

I checked my heart rate, it was normal, i got up and continued with my work. i was shaking a bit though, and couldn't touch copper conductors for a while after that.

I assume you were working? Surely you could have sued!!

yes, i was working, but who would i have sued? i had checked for life current before as i was supposed to, but the bulb was faulty so it didn't show any. it wasn't my apprentices afult, he couldn't have known that it didn't work.

taught me to be more careful though.

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

I wasn't actually hurt but one time I came within inches of being in a head on collision at 50 MPH. This idiot was passing in the oncoming lane coming around a relatively tight curve in the road. Needless to say if my reaction time had been even a thousandth of a second slower I probably wouldn't be here now.

Fell out of a tree and a pointed root was sticking out the ground, i kinda turned while falling so it ripped through my arm almost to the other side instead of my neck.
Me and my friends were at the mall all day and we kept seeing this car all day as we walked around the mall and the fair. When it got pretty dark the car pulled up next to us. Dude in the passenger seat jumped out the car with a gun me and my friend took off but my cousin was to slow dude grabbed him. dude said he would kill him if we didnt come back and give him our money and stuff. so we did. Then he like pointed the gun at us while he jumped back into the car with his friends.

My head was nearly crushed by a 500 pound wooden beam just 6 years ago. Here is what happened...

We had 4 men on ladders including me holding up this 500 pound beam. Two men were on the one end, and my dad and I were on the other end. We were approximately 8 feet in the air. My dad was trying to hold on to the beam with one arm as he used his other arm with the sledge hammer to pound the beam into the notch where it would be held. One of the men told my dad to just let go and have me keep hold of that end while he could get more leverage on pounding the beam. He said, "no I better keep holding it." It was a matter of seconds after that I tried to twist my body a bit to get a better grip on the beam, and my ladder came out from under me. I fell on my back to the hard wood floor below. My dad dropped the sledge hammer immediately so that he could hold onto the beam.

If my dad would have let go of the beam and used both his arms to pound it with the sledge hammer then the beam would have crashed right onto my head. The only thing I walked away with was a back ache.

Several times actually.
Once when I was 5 I almost drowned, but my dad saved me (I don't remember much about it, because my father acted fast). I didn't pray or anything, I just couldn't believe that that was happening to me.

A few months later I was hit by a car in a highway and I don't know how I survived that. The driver was shocked and accelerated instead of hitting the brakes (she had just gotten her licence). When I was rushed to the hospital the doctors said there is no explanation to my survival and it has to be a miracle, as when I was hit by the car I was thrown 15 meters away and I should have died there (the speed of the car was 80-90 km/h). There was no injury on my body to show that I was actually hit. I left the hospital in about an hour. It doesn't make any sense. It's as if I had a magic shield like the ones in video games.

A year later another car hit me, but that was that bad.
Some other things happened as well, like a serious accident with my bike, but nothing comes close to that car accident.

Nearly drowned when I was 8.
Almost got stabbed at 14.

Was so damn sick that my body temp was 41c as a little kid.

When i was seven i almost choked on my own retainer, though i find it hard to believe that i could have died at that, since i was at a relative's house with a funeral wake going on (which makes it rather ironic), so someone would have figured something out, though it was my dad that got it out that time

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Nothing really interesting, but when I was 9, I went to my cousin's house and my parents parked across the street. I was so excited to go over that I began running across the street without thinking. My dad shouted, "STOP!" as loud as he could, and I instantly froze. Right then, a car sped by at about twice over the speed limit (around 40-50 mph) right in front of my nose. I praise God that my dad and my goody two-shoe nature saved me that day.

A bunch of crab people nearly clawed me in an attempt to bring me to their lair (Center of the Earth) luckily I slipped away, they're rather slow so I guess I got lucky.

You guys must watch out for them they're no joke.

^So uh is this believable? Probably not, but not to many things happened to bring me to near death.
