Not entirely true. Only games on non-Nintendo systems aren't art. While Nintendo continues to explore what the medium can be, other companies pump out one soap opera after another.

Just because there's wind blowing and a minimal soundtrack and vast open space to explore and a slow pace doesn't mean that the game you are playing is art.


i already know your opinions on flower, i saw you post that almost word for word yesterday.  that's why i'm so annoyed you turn around the very next day and call epic yarn art.  i do find epic yard very artistic, i just hate you can't see them both for what they are.

I don't mind having clones over nothing. Certainly much less work has to go into balancing them etc.

Besides, calling Yarn Kirby a clone of regular Kirby implies they are equal

it depends on how the devs make him in Smash, they can go the cool route, like Mario and Luigi and have them have the basic moves but they have different effects and they even have different supers, like Ryu and Ken of SF or they can be completly lazy and go the Wolf/Fox/Falco route and just have them be the same damn character with different skins, to be fair Wolf is a bit different but all 3 have the same damn Smash attack. just as bad as bone claw and metal claw Wolvie from Mvs.C 2

the gameplay in this looks great, but it loks easy as hell.

Looks like fun, but I wish it was a little more fast paced. Either way, looks like a solid platformer, reminds me of the sidescrollers of the early 90s. Should definitely get some sales. I am glad I held off on Epic Yarn, because this looks far superior.
