The second screenshot looks awful, but the first and third ones look great.

It's exactly what I was describing in the Uncharted 3 screenshot I posted. The lighting and textures really make the graphics pop out, it does make everything look like clay, but it looks great nonetheless.


The Uncharted 3 graphics actaully do look better. But we should remember this is just a beta the graphics will improve by a whole lot!

WTH are y'all doing while you play, look at textures??? The Gears beta was one of the best ever, and Uncharted 3 beta is not that far behind. Both games are looking to get a lot of playing time on both systems from me. :)

That isn't even bad where the FPS dropped in UC3. It happened to me once as well but it went to about 5FPS. Then it froze my PS3. Hasn't happened since the update. But it did freeze again.

Come to think of it the Gears 3 beta froze on me a few times while the Uncharted 3 beta didn't. Although in the Gears of War 3 beta it was easier to find people. Not that it isn't easy in Uncharted 3

lol this post is getting ridiculous, just buy the game you want. Fanboys will just see whatever they want. For me i will get both. Gears 3 and UC 3, both awesome games.

Have to agree. This post is getting strange. I personally hope that one of the maps it the ship level shown as demo at E3. Would that not be awesome - fighting people on a frickin ship?
